Becoming a Licensed Home Child Care Provider
If you want to care for one or more children in your home, while the parents work or attend school, and receive payment from ACS as a License-Exempt or Informal Provider, here is what you can do to see if the parents are eligible for help to pay for child care. The parent must obtain the income-eligible ACS-FIA Provider Application and Voucher Form (W-273B) from their income assistance center, and then parent and provider complete the form. The parent submits the form to the center, which will send it to ACS.
