URGENT! Turn in your providers choice receipts!

If you received the $150 from the providers’ choice program and would like to be eligible to receive it next year you MUST turn in your receipts NOW! We are in jeopardy of NOT receiving this money next year, because we failed to turn in our receipts. The children in our program desperately need new supplies and learning materials, let’s not let down our children. This our FINAL CHANCE to mail in our receipts. Please turn in any receipts for items purchased totaling $150.
